Heather Millen, President and Director of Interior Design
Heather graduated from Eastern Michigan University (B.S. Interior Design) and maintains 12 years of commercial interior design and contract furniture experience. Her enthusiasm for commercial design led her to create Commercial Interior Solutions in 2006. Heather leads design, programming, project management and client representation for commercial projects varying in size throughout the US, including General Motors HQ, St. Johns Hospital, JP Morgan Chase, Eastern Michigan University, RBC Centura and Trans 1. Brian Millen, Vice President and Director of Business Development
A graduate of North Carolina State University (B.S. Textile Management/Engineering 1991) Brian has over fifteen years of construction, commercial interior and contract furniture experience. He provides construction and project management, business development and client representation for commercial projects throughout the United States. Some of these projects include AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, Motorolla, Chrysler, Borders Books & Music, St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Michigan State University, Hilton Hotels and JP Morgan Chase. Email Brian
Kendall LaBruyere, Lead Interior Designer
As a graduate of Appalachian State University (BS in Interior Design 2010), Kendall LaBruyere joined Commercial Interior Solutions in 2009 as a design intern between the summer of her sophomore and junior year in college. Kendall reunited with Commercial Interior Solutions in 2011 as a full-time team member focusing on project design, project management, and creative marketing. Jeanette Leibowitz, Interior Designer
A graduate of East Carolina University (B.S. in Interior Design and Minor in Business) Jeanette joined Commercial Interiors shortly after graduating. Jeanette's
past internship experience include working for an architectural firm based in China and a North Carolina based contract furniture dealer. Both experiences have given her a strong foundation in design, space planning, and communication. Jeanette now focuses on interior design and creative marketing at Commercial Interiors.
Charissa McComas, Sr. Executive of Business Development, Central NC
Charissa is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She also studied abroad in Florence, Italy to enhance and diversify her skills. Post graduation she developed her own home renovation business then transferred to the Raleigh area in 2007. Prior to joining CI she had a successful and long-term career at Ethan Allen. Charissa has over seven years experience in the design industry. She believes in creating spaces that are attractive, functional, and specifically tailored to each clients' style and needs.
Andrew Vicens, Sr. Executive of Business Development, North Eastern, SC
Andrew attended St. Peterís University in Jersey City, NJ where he studied Business Management. His past experience is in the Financial Services industry, working with a wide range of clients, from business owners to young families. He is a resident of Myrtle Beach, SC and has been so for the past 6 years. Andrew is based out of CI's Myrtle Beach office and focuses on sales throughout North Eastern, SC.
Kimberly Held, Sr. Executive of Business Development, South Carolina
Kimberly is a graduate of Ohio State University (B.A. in Humanities). Prior to joining CI, Kimberly worked in IT as an enterprise account executive representing AT&T, Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, and VMware. Former clients include CBS, PBS, Discovery Europe, Cardinal Health, Marathon Oil, Nationwide Insurance, Owens Corning and BMW. A resident of Mt. Kendra Kilburn, Director of Project Management
Kendra was raised across Europe, and spent most of her childhood in Germany. She graduated from Washington and Lee University (B.A. in Art History) in Lexington, Virginia and shortly thereafter she relocated to Wilmington, NC. Prior to joining Commercial Interior Solutions, Kendra was a Fleet Logistics Supervisor for Enterprise Holdings. Ron McLaren, Sr. Executive of Project Management
Ron McLaren is a graduate of North Carolina State University (Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture 1972) and has over thirty-five years experience in architecture, design and contract furnishings. As the Raleigh, NC office of Commercial Interior Solutions (CI), Ron McLaren concentrates on business development and furniture sales for CI and provide furnishings and furniture layout consultation and support as needed to our clients in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Corporate environments. Melissa Allen, Sr. Executive of Business Development, Eastern NC
A graduate of East Carolina University (B.S. in Interior Design) Melissa's background includes over a decade in the commercial furniture industry with an emphasis on health care and university space planning. She provides account management with a focus on patient-centric design that meets her clients' needs and budget. Past clients include Brody School of Medicine, Vidant Health Systems, Wayne Memorial Hospital, Craven Regional Hospital, Wake Med and East Carolina University.
